In any given creative project there are a lot of moving parts. There's the client. The creatives. The tasks. The deadlines. Etc... The Project Manager is the glue that holds it ALL together. They are task oriented and experts at directing workflow in an orderly fashion. You will work directly with the Creative Director and Executive Producer to manage incoming and ongoing video production projects and website projects. You will be the liaison between the client and the creatives working on the project.

For video production projects your responsibilities will include:

  • Scheduling production dates
  • Coordinating with the client
  • Coordinating with the Executive Producer and Creative Director
  • Ordering rental production equipment (if needed)
  • Scheduling production crew (grips, gaffers, production assistants, etc...)
  • Booking crew lodging (for out of town productions)
  • Booking talent (which sometimes includes actors, extras, hair/make-up, etc...)
  • Creating production schedules and outlines
  • Managing and ensuring delivery deadlines with video editors
  • Managing the client revision process
  • Updating task lists for video editors
  • Updating client on progress and delivery timelines
  • Invoicing
  • Ensuring client satisfaction upon final delivery and completion of project

For website projects your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating accurate timelines for processes involved
  • Scheduling design meetings with client
  • Taking notes during design planning sessions
  • Gathering assets from client for web designers
  • Coordinating with web designers and Creative Director during design phase
  • Creating task lists for designers during client revision process
  • Coordinating with web developers during development phase
  • Updating client on progress and action items
  • Managing deadlines
  • Managing final client revision process
  • Coordinating domain, DNS, and hosting transfers to prepare for site launches
  • Schedule on-site training meetings with client
  • Ensuring client satisfaction upon final delivery and completion of project


Honestly we couldn't care less if you have a college degree or not. We are looking for the RIGHT person for the job. Someone who will OWN it, LOVE it, and kick ASS at it. Our ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • Impeccable organizational skills
  • 3+ years of comparable work experience
  • Positive attitude
  • Self motivated
  • Able to work with little to no supervision
  • Punctual (this is a really big deal)
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (this is also a big deal. We need you to be polite, energetic, and professional when communicating with clients on the phone, via email, etc... Your spelling and grammar skills must also be top notch. Gotta know the difference between "there", "their", "they're", "your", and "you're"... if you don't... you're not going to get very far... like, in life even.)
  • Experience with Mac operating systems and softwares (iCal, Pages, Etc...)
  • Cool under pressure

Depending on experience.

This is a contract position and compensation will be based on the size and volume of projects you're managing. Est. compensation is $3,000+/mo.
