Jr. WordPress Developer

We are actively looking for a talented WordPress UI/UX Developer to join our team as a contract-to-hire (which means we will contract a few jobs to you and if we like you we’ll make you a bonafide employee!).

Responsibilities

Working with the client and project team you will:

  • Establish WordPress UI/UX design deliverables through block diagrams, wireframes, moodboards, mockups and specifications. Develop style guide.
  • Plan and Develop WordPress content architecture
  • Convert approved designs to functional, responsive, web/mobile templates and pages using WordPress CMS.
  • Work strategically with the creative director and project manager to ensure effective page optimization, usability, and brand adherence.
  • Support existing WordPress sites with updates, maintenance and new features/functionality.
  • Test and troubleshoot WordPress implementations.

Requirements

Experience and Skills Required

  • Minimum 2 years experience developing new WordPress sites. Portfolio samples required.
  • MUST USE APPLE COMPUTERS AND MOBILE DEVICES
  • Expert in HTML and CSS
  • Proficient in one or more CSS frameworks -- Bootstrap/Foundation 6
  • Proficient with jQuery, strong Javascript skills desirable
  • Strong PHP skills
  • Experience developing with GeneratePress Theme and Elementor, WooCommerce, GravityForms, The Events Calendar, Wordfence, Updraft Plus, SEO Framework is a plus but not required
  • Integration with CRM, Email Marketing and other third-party tools and platforms is a plus but not required
  • Solid understanding of WordPress data structures and design schema (including the template hierarchy) and ability to diagnose and troubleshoot code- and css-related issues.
  • A professional approach, including adherence to WordPress PHP Coding and CSS standards
  • Custom WordPress theme and plug-in development experience a must
  • Custom Field development and implementation using ACF or Toolset a must
  • Native app knowledge a plus
  • Phonegap and Cordova experience a plus

SEO/SEM Specialist

We are actively looking for a talented SEO/SEM Specialist to join our team as a contract-to-hire (which means we will contract a few jobs to you and if we like you we’ll make you a bonafide employee!).

Responsibilities:

  • Research and implement metadata and schema optimization across all sites and pages for our website and our client’s websites
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis
  • Work in our/our client’s CMS to update content, write metadata, and implement redirects
  • Inform Content Marketing topic selection and keyword usage
  • Lead link building efforts and outreach
  • Comprehensive SEO audits of our client’s and potential client’s websites
  • Daily monitoring of website health, rankings, and errors
  • Collaborate with Creative and UX teams to improve SEO
  • Research, implement, and execute Google ads (both text ads and video ads).
  • Monitor SEM content, PPC KPIs and ROI
  • Adjust bids when needed to optimize ads and improve them for our clients
  • Manage client ad spend and budgets
  • Provide detailed analytics and metrics for PPC performance

The Skills You'll Need:

  • Minimum 3+ years experience in Search Engine Optimization
  • Proficiency in HTML, JSON-LD, and metadata best practices
  • Deep understanding of keyword research best practices and tools, consumer intent, and on page optimization
  • Expertise in search engine indexing, crawling, and ranking factors
  • Understanding of Google algorithm updates and corresponding impacts on the SERP
  • Experience with a variety of tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, and Conductor
  • Minimum 3+ years SEM/PPC experience
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of Google Ads platform

We are actively looking for a talented and driven individual to handle business development and B2B sales for our services. This person will be responsible for:

  • Attending Boise chamber and other networking events.
  • Reaching and networking with local businesses.
  • Developing strategies to sell our services (i.e. sales promotions, client incentives, etc)
  • Developing and maintaining Ad Agency relationships with local agencies who outsource for services we provide.
  • Building company email list
  • Using LinkedIn to develop B2B relationships

The Skills You'll Need:

  • Minimum 3+ years experience in B2B sales
  • Proven track record for client acquisition and close rate
  • Strong people and communication skills
